Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight of your order and your location.
Delivery Time: We use USPS for shipping. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.
Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with a status update and tracking information.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is returned to us, we will notify the buyer so that we can arrange to resend it at the buyer's cost.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted with the exception its our fault. In the case, please contact us and we'll solve the issue.
Additionally, most of our pieces are used and vintage, and may exhibit imperfections such as stains, holes, or other signs of wear. We do our best to describe and photograph any notable flaws, but please understand that these characteristics are part of the unique charm of vintage items.
